BN disables 'pvp deny' in the whole world #114

I have one world called 'world' where all my games reside. There's many regions and most have a lobby with PVP DENY set in WorldGuard. If I enable BattleNight it changes them all to PVP ALLOW in all regions of the world.

BattleNight v1.9.1 Bukkit 1.6.2
