Added functionality for the ghost to be consumed and regenerated.
However, since the functionality is all unneatly packed into 1 script, it will be re-evaluated using a State Machine instead. The collision layers will also be simplified so they don't have to be manipulated in order for the ghosts to react to the playing field collider correctly.
