Although we understand your reasoning behind this issue, we have opted to address the delete commands before the view commands as we believe this way to be much more coherent. The user guide is supposed to guide new users through CashLeh's main functions, so if a new user just attempted to type in a new transaction but made a typo or put in the wrong amount he will be able to delete it immediately and will surely know the transaction's index as his financial statement will not be very long at this time (1 or 2 entries max). Once he or she is capable of adding and deleting entries, the statement will grow in size and then viewing will become increasingly more and more important to correctly locate transactions (even though experienced users will be able to resort to the appropriate filtering function).
