swan run does not allow changing time step in latest SVN #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. swan setup to produce anuga sww output with mercator grid of 2km
resolution. while setting parameters, mirone guesses a time step of 3.9s.
Any attempt to change it to lower or higher whole number ends up in
this "diverge" warning and time step is reset to the internally calculated
value.
Interestingly it allows a value >= 8 for this case.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Atleast I should be allowed to set a lower step size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest SVN

You are right.
Fixed that and it now lets the user set whatever value he wants.

Thanks
