One mito, one cytosolic. I believe the mito one should be removed.

The "mitochondrial" annotation behind the cytosolic form was incorrect. The protein is indeed closely related to the human RARS2 gene so the functional prediction makes sense, but functional studies show that this is the cytosolic protein (see PDB 1bs2)
