Multisensor Quad

Hello, I tried to add the multisensor quad on Homey but it is not recognized by the zipato app and is installed as a basic device. So unusable. Can you do something ? Thanks.

Can you please provide the following info:

• model name from the manual (for example PH-PSM02.EU)
• manufacture id;
• product id;
• producttype id;

the 3 id's can be found after clicking on "advanced settings" when the device is added as a general device to homey.

version 3.2.4 is released in test, hopefully this fixes the the alarm capabilities issues with PH-PSM02.EU

3.3.0 is released in test with sdk 3 and a new version of homey-zwavedriver. also a fix in device settings, please check the settings (or set them to default, or reset the device) to apply the fix.

hi @Guardian369. i ordered this device so i can test this while developing. when all features work, i'll update the app.

hi @Guardian369 i cannot find a shop who sells the zipato device. but i ordered a Philio Tech device, it turns out they use the same hardware as zipato.

so i fixed the issues and did some finetuning on the settings for this device. in the settings you will find an option to enable the motion off notification (this is disabled by factory settings for this device).

only this device dos not send a tamper alarm off notification. so i created a flow action to force disable the tamper alarm.

Hello,

I have migrated from Zipato after several years of buying their controllers and sensors. I have at least 6 zipato quad multisensors since it is the only one in the market that combines a contact and a motion sensor. I have tried to add with the latest version of the app in Homey Pro 2023 but the multisensor quad is added as a generic device and does not work. I see this post has a couple years, is there a version of the app that is compatible with this sensor without loosing functionality of the official app. If there is I will be very grateful, I was about to order a bunch of Aeotec sensors to replace the ones I have at home.
