Content updates and continuous integration

These updates:

• Update the class hierarchy according to changes to the wiki, incorporating updates made by Abhi (Ontology-ImpactAccounting.owl)
• Subsequently remove Ontology-ImpactAccounting.owl to disambiguate the structure of the repo
• Delete some deprecated ObjectProperties
• Add a Documentation/ folder for documentation generated by pyLODE
• Add CI functionality with GH Actions to update the aforementioned documentation every time Schemas/OWL/aia.owl changes on the main branch

Dankie hiervoor. Ek het nou so vlugtig daarna gekyk en dit lyk reeds baie beter as enigiets wat ons tot op hede gehad het. Ek sal probeer om oor die verloop van die volgende paar dae deeglik daardeur te werk en dan my review te submit.
