Hi,,,I am a contributor under the GGSOC 2023. I will add the AVL Tree under the Tree's Section in C++. Please assign it to me @aaryahjolia

Bro I have opened this issue so that I can work on it...please stop commenting on all of the issues I created...instead find your own issues which are not already been raised by someone else
