We update the development requirements to and re-generate everything with:

Notably, we:

Fix the dev. script for updates as it omitted the test data directory XML,
Report better errors in xmlization unit tests since we could not figure out what went wrong, and
Fix documentation snippets to excludes ID-shorts due to fixes in aas-core-meta.
