Graphql Subscription

We got realtime data! 🎉

What I Implemented

Graphql subscription type for voters
Graphql subscription resolver for anytime a voters data gets updated
Created the WebSocket link for the FE
Put up a little console.log demo in ui/form/checkbox.js
