Connecting to different SSHD port #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I connect to a non standard SSH port (22) I can't establish a 
connection
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to select the port when I enter the server information. I 
don't see that option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sshfs Version 1.0.0 on Mac OS X 10.5.3

Please provide any additional information below.
