Theora Codec Support #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The mplayer seem does not include theora codec
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to play theora based video files eg ogv type

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.9, Mac OS X 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.

It seem it would accept Theora codec stream in some ogg file type but not in 
ogv.

Example:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:FA-18_Automated_Aerial_Refueling.ogg

It would played the video.

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Bombing_of_Hamburg.ogg

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Video_xo.ogv

For the above 2 link it will not show the video except vorbis codec audio.
While for ogv type it would not allowed to even open the file.
With the following dialog --> The file is not supported by MPlayerX.

Digging into the shipping mplayer binaries and execute it in terminal.
The mplayer binaries would not detect the theora video stream.
While if using MacPort based mplayer binaries it would detect the theora video 
stream.

Output log attached.
