Some usability issues. #111

1. Esc key to return back to normal size.
2. I think Font selection in references panel is a must.
3. Subtitle location too bottom.

Thank you for the post.

1. what do you mean the normal size? the 1:1 size.
   when I was designing, this feature was just passed by since I didn't find a reason 
that user need the 1:1 size.
   would you please explain a little bit more, when this feature is useful?

2. mplayer the "font file" directly for the sub rendering, if there is a way to 
select font, it will be a file open panel, rather than the font select panel.
   This is a little bit weird that selecting a file to get the font. So it was passed 
by either at the very beginning.
   Although I could make something like the MPlayer OSX Ext way, by taking advantage 
of FontConfig. But using FontConfig under Mac OSX is also somehow weird for me 
since 
Mac has its own font system.
   What I really expect to implement is that, user select the font in the standard 
font panel, then I find a way to find which file the font is stored in.
   Up till now, I didn't find a way to realize that. But the antenna is active. once 
I know the way, I will implement it.

That's too much easier to press "Esc" key from keyboard to exit "fulscreen 
view" than clicking to some button 
from a panel... With normal size i mean "not fullscreen".

Anyway, i loved it, and waiting for future versions, thanks for good work...
