Hiccups when seeking (using the hotkeys)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an MKV file with high resolution and high bitrate
2. Try to seek using the predefined hotkeys
3. Observe that the video doesn't always go to the same spot but will instead 
have a "stutter" effect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-That the video goes to the seek point when clicking on one of the arrow keys 
instead of just replaying what was just played. This seems to only be affected 
by the left arrow key (seek backwards a few seconds) in my testing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-0.9.9 (r710) on OS X 10.6.3

Actually this seems to be with seeking in general. Even if I try to click 
exactly where I want a video to go on the sek bar, it still is flaky and 
unreliable that it will go to that point.

I've noticed that, but I am not sure it is mplayer or MPlayerX's bug.
