Fullscreen not working on secondary monitor (dual screen)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. "When enter full screen don't blank other screens" must be clicked.
1. drag window to 2nd display in dual screen configuration. (the one without 
menus)
2. click fullscreen
3. video is not visible (only black screen), mouse dissapears as well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Movie should continue playback on secondary display while mouse would be 
visible on main screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
At revision 964.

Please provide any additional information below.
Note - if you use fullscreen on primary display it seems to work as expected

I have added some code in r966, sorry I do not have a monitor in my hand.

I have traced it back, and I doubt this bug was brought in, from 1.0.0. And 
0.9.9 may be alright.

But I am not sure.
If it is not an issue for you, would you like to help to test this build ?
If this build is still not OK, would you please check 0.9.9?

Please feel free to refuse, I don't want to let this issue take much of your 
time.
