Dictionary importer should show what file it's importing in the progress UI. #4

The progress UI should host some sort of control which is displayed, which
should ideally also use the correct icon for the file. It should also not
introduce platform-dependent code into the core import code, which should
eventually be moved into Szotar.Core.
