Automatic Deployment of Web-Api #41

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to have automatic deployments of the web-api every time master is updated. Perhaps also when develop is updated.

Describe the solution you'd like Using our CI or GitHub Webhooks we can ping our servers to start the update process
