Add links to Privacy Policy #209

Added two links to Privacy Policy within the PrivacyFragment. The first one is a menu item with a shield icon that opens the privacy policy online location.

The second one is a sentence within the privacy policy, that contains a link to the privacy policy online location as well.

We may keep either one of these or both.
