[x] Team lab is de-allocated from team
[x] Team records are deleted on both database and from cache
[x] https://github.com/aau-network-security/haaukins-store/pull/52 is updated with new rpc function
[x] DeleteTeam is integrated to https://github.com/aau-network-security/haaukins-webclient/pull/195

This is a draft version for solving delete team issue #629, however it might be changed after the meeting tomorrow.
