Lab creation loop error

Describe the bug When Haaukins fails to create a lab a nil pointer is created, this causes the whole daemon to crash when is tries to start or assign this lab

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. The error is seen in some ip overlabs and if the same challenge is added multiple times

Expected behavior It should just throw away this lab and try again
