Add option for selecting of the resolution.

Export ffmpeg options to env variables

New environment variables:
- FFMPEG_STREAM_THREADS
- FFMPEG_STREAM_VIDEO_BITRATE
- FFMPEG_INPUT_THREAD_QUEUE_SIZE
- FFMPEG_STREAM_OPTIONS
- FFMPEG_DOWNLOAD_OPTIONS
add additional debug info is DEBUG env variable is set
remove zerolatency from ffmpeg options

We used the software for an online conference and needed to tweak some ffmpeg options. We initially did it inline which proved to be inconvenient.
