Table for "groupe thématique" and "groupe métier" #40

We need to manage groups, so table+view+controller For "groupe thématique" we have : array("GPPS","PSE","MICMAC","GAHEC","SISU","SG")

For "groupe métier", we have : array("N/A","GEDI","GT2I","GI","GACL","GGPAQ","GM")

Database updated. MVC have to be updated (I'll do that later, going to eat right now !)

I just reopen it to know if we (I mean the client) REALLY have to manage those groups with MVC ??

Yes, they ask for this.
