fix: subgraph oracle error #99

[x] Fix revert error in fallback oracle update handler
[x] Add missing subgraph contract deps
[x] Add preventative fix for oracle updates from Chainlink -> Simple from V2/V3 subgraphs
[x] Update graph deps to latest version w/ WASM 0.6 (latest graph package versions use newer WASM version which breaks a lot)
[ ] Fix deployment
