Angle Difference Value on Lines #10

Under Power Flow in the line tool tip, the Angle Difference value should be displayed. That is Va_from - Va_to in degrees.

Added the Angle Difference value to the Power Flow section of the edge tool tip (value is rounded of to 4 places of the decimal).
