Root-to-tip dN/dS #17

Hi, I am using codeml and calculated the dN/dS of an alignment with a user tree. How do I get the root-to-tip parameters for all the tips ? Thank you

i am not sure how you can get that, but you can look at the branch models in codeml. ziheng
