What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout code from subversion
2. Run make to compile
3. Run ./nsimscan

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was sorta expecting to get usage information, instead:
"Too few command-line arguments" <- not very helpful.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Revision 17
Linux Redhat 2.6.18-53.el5 on x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there some documentation anywhere?

The usage information is displayed with -h or --help command line option.
Obviously
this is not enough - users get confused from the start.
Should print a little more elaborate message when no parameters are given
