Strange SqlException raised for no obvious reason #1

When playing with the application frequently one get an SqlException from the 
DB for apparently no obvious reason.

Trying to test and reproduce the problem, running tests on Windows 7 and 
Windows XP 32, have received the problem twice on Win7 with two instances open 
at the same time, and 0 times on Windows XP so far

Still testing with Windows XP looks all clean with 3 instances of the app 
running at the same time...

I've put in a fix, after testing it, it seems to have been fixed.
