Hello, thanks for taking care of this! I would be happy to merge this, but since the translation and messages are two separate features, I would rather do that in separate pull requests. Would you consider splitting this up?

I think you can safely do a rebase for this case. I'll be happy to merge in the translations once you're done.

Also, while I see why you would want the issues to open in another tab, I wonder whether some users might prefer to have them open in the same window and use the back button to go back. Perhaps we could have a configuration flag to set that behavior (with yours being the default, since it's probably better in this case)?

I checkout the file to previous version, and i will do that change with an config option.
