DEVKIT/retail build flag should be removed and output directory should be determined dynamically. #18

The DEVKIT make variable controls the path at which test results are saved. Rather than support two hardcoded paths, we should probably default to a sibling or subdirectory of the xbe path so it can be positioned arbitrarily by the user.

Note, we'd also want to clean up the workflow so that it doesn't produce two labels anymore once this is implemented.
