Test attribute float cases on normal boundary #65

Add the minimum normal number, and the maximum subnormal number.

It appears subnormal numbers behave like 0 when multiplied by INF -MaxSN_MaxSN

whereas the minimum normal number is treated like you might expect -MinN_MinN
