Request for enhancement.

Product java-image-scaling-0.8.6.jar
Java 7 update 60
OS Ubuntu 14.04 64bits

Hello, did you plan to add the method:
ResampleFilters.valueOf(String name)

and another one to enumerate all the filters

It will be useful for a config panel with some dynamic combos.
