I want to know how to make a music bot with this package because I keep getting rate-limited with the youtube API. I know this can work for music bots because I used a package called 'discord-player` that uses this package

This is an Opus audio library port, unrelated to Discord. If you need help, try contacting the Discord library/framework(s) you're using.
