Should we look for a new home? #22

Since we now have multiple authors, it may be appropriate to move this project from a personal namespace to an appropriate organization.

Ideally, this belongs in the pytest-dev, but I don't know what it takes to get accepted there. Another place would be numpy or scipy.

It is easy and free to create your own org on github.com. But you may want to check with @hpk42 or @RonnyPfannschmidt or @nicoddemus first on going under pytest-dev.

There are a few requirements: https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.rst#submitting-plugins-to-pytest-dev, and it seems pytest-leaks meets all of them. 👍
