Release 0.6.0 #42

As discussed in https://github.com/abandonware/bleno/pull/40#issuecomment-1605415584 here the version increase. 0.6 is enough :-)

@rzr can you please have a look. Seems like the version was not published to npm. Is also a Tag needed or such? I can not do that right wise. Thank you

annoying maybe we need to bump actions to latest ?

Could be a try. That npm publish action is in v1.3.9 now
