when running the abaplint.app no need for also having it in package.json #192

Hi, When running the abaplint.app, its not needed to also have abaplint in package.json

I guess removing it will avoid a lot of dependabot updates

Thanks for the hint. Sometimes I used it for local checks. But I can also use the global installation of abaplint.
