as it is always gives a runtime error

"! Calling get_ddic_field_list by a method with language version ABAP for SAP Cloud Platform results in the
  "! runtime error call_method_not_permitted.

and CL_ABAP_TYPEDESCR->GET_DDIC_HEADER

and CL_ABAP_TYPEDESCR->GET_DDIC_OBJECT

note that both classes are considered as released by SAP
