Rename CONTENT to SOURCE #19

Fixes #18

The concept of CONTENT is actually more clear if it's called SOURCE. This is a breaking change if:

you've developed your own content classes;
you're calling ZCL_ABAK_FACTORY's GET_STANDARD_INSTANCE() or GET_CUSTOM_INSTANCE() because parameter names changed from _content_ to _source_.
