Reduce size of XML #205

Remove INTF XML
Remove text fields from MSAG (didn't work properly), VIEW, DTEL, TTYP
Remove comments from PROG and CLAS
For abaplint-sci dependencies, this reduced XML by about 10%.

Closes #201 and probably https://github.com/abaplint/abaplint-sci-client/issues/94 as well
