ZCL_ABAPLINT_FACTORY #208

either delete the factory, or make a ZCL_ABAPLINT_INJECTOR

ZCL_ABAPGIT_INJECTOR is currently the injector, which it should not be

after https://github.com/abaplint/abaplint-sci-client/pull/207 is merged

I'd probably delete the factory, plus not have the items sent as part of the constructor
