SCI Ignores global excludes #209

we have several files in the global excludes as they are original SAP sources which do not need to be checked. AbapLint ignores them. SCI is still generating errors from them.

is it using the latest configuration in the SCI setup?

It is the latest, but it is not the exclude that is not handled but the generated FUGR. For that issue #155
