I've come across this project and found it really useful! But I had a little trouble setting it up because there were some setup steps not mentioned on the README.md itself, and both of tutorial videos use GitLab instead of GitHub. Changes:

Adds a simple General Setup section to the README with information about updating the env vars on the godot-ci.yml workflow, besides some minor tips to diminish the need of further troubleshooting
