Show volume #712

Clients such as Gnome Music Player Client display the volume in a range from 0 - 100. Please also provide this information. Then the user is aware that using volume control on the smartphone is going to have any effect or not (in the case that volume is already at 100%). A simple bar icon in the header of the application could represent the volume set in the mpd server.
