[ttsWebServer] (masterfion) retour json sans le }, si accent dans la phrase #3

S'il y a un accent dans le text à synthétiser, le retour json est mal formaté. pour "à la claire fontaine" :

{"res":"OK", "method":"readTTS", "text":"Ã la claire fontaine", "engine": "voxygen.tts.fabienne"

pour "a la claire fontaine" :

{"res":"OK", "method":"readTTS", "text":"a la claire fontaine", "engine": "voxygen.tts.fabienne" }
