Manufactured solution for advecting thn. #45

This adds a manufactured solution for evolving the volume fraction. Note this is a PR onto update_fac_operator which has a PR in #44.

I haven't done any kind of convergence test, but it seems to be running accurately, at least for the first 2000 time steps.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this as it just adds a new example.
