Implement by-letter navigation bar in /authors list #317

Please implement the jump-to-letter functionality you've made in the works list on the authors list as well. The filtering code is fairly similar.

Do it off the works_search_after branch, so we can merge both together.

Working on this ATM. @abartov I wonder if you want me to port authors list to new paging approach using search_after too (and remove slider)?

Currently we have about 1600 authors on the main website, so we can use old approach for paging, but maybe it worth to use similar navigation on all pages?

Yes, good idea.

And we do expect author count to rise sharply once collections are implemented, as they will necessitate creation of lots of person entities for single works in periodicals.
