Hopefully, this will make it easier for future contributors to get started.

I feel like I remember there being a gotcha around having complete store paths in the source (including docs?), but I also think it may not apply to binlore since it isn't a full derivation.

I've folded this in as-is for now, subbed out the store paths for an ellipses just in case, and then added a section on the shell environment for playing around with the lower-level YARA rule results. (660bc04d49df9b047f6f2850ab74698078705327)
