Changing from using pyymw16 to pygedm #36

pyymw16 was upgraded to a new package pygedm which also includes ne2001
This seems to have fixed the wheel issue for pyymw16
However, this now means fruitbat requires a fortran compiler.

The current issue in the dev branch is the tests are failing for slightly incorrect values in new tables vs the old ones. I'll have to keep looking into this.

No longer needed due to #43 already including pygedm.
