Any version of react-native-linear-gradient higher that 2.3.0 breaks the module, because it's updated to gradle 3 and uses a new syntax! There is a issue related to this one https://github.com/abbasfreestyle/react-native-af-video-player/issues/75

Please publish these changes on npm and please make the necessary changes so that it can work on react-native 0.57 if necessary. I m using this repo in my project which is at very big level
