Is TODO file up to date? pyqstrat roadmap? #15

Is this file https://github.com/abbass2/pyqstrat/blob/master/pyqstrat/resources/TODO.rst up to date? I guess not... It would be nice to see what is in the roadmap, what already works (besides the notebooks)...
