InSubs Support - Plugin

Hi,

It would be nice for portuguese speakers if you can provide a plugin/python 
script for the InSubs website. It has a lot of good subtitles and in portuguese 
(I don't know which subtitle DB is based).

I'm using 0.2.4 version. It works flawless at my NAS! 

I've tried to modify some of the existents scripts at plugins folders, but I'm 
not so expert on python programming. So I don't know if just adding a new 
script at this folder will be enough.
How can it be done? Is it necessary to rebuild periscope using python in order 
to attach a new subtitle provider site? 
A Wiki page would be great for those who want to contribute with this project

The issue should be tagged as "Enhancement". I don't know what happened. Sorry

You have to add it in the plugins folder and list it in the __init__.py file.

Making a wiki is on my list of tasks but I don't have much free time lately :(
